Prices
1. When you make a Booking, you agree to pay the cost of the Travel Experience, including any extra costs and applicable taxes.
2. Some prices you see may have been rounded to the nearest whole number. The price you pay will be based on the original “unrounded” price (although the real difference will be minimal).
3. Obvious errors and typos are not binding. For example: if you book a high category room or an overnight stay in a luxury suite mistakenly offered for 1 euro, we can simply cancel this reservation and refund you any amount already paid.
4. A crossed-out price indicates the price of an equivalent booking without the reduction applied (“equivalent” means the same dates, the same conditions, the same quality of structure / vehicle / travel class, etc.).
A7. Payment
1. For some products or services, the Service Provider requires an advance payment and / or a payment during the Travel Experience.
• If the payment is arranged by us, we (or, in some cases, our affiliate company in the country from which the payment originated) will be responsible for handling the payment and completing the transaction with our Service Provider. In this case, the payment constitutes the final agreement on the “due and payable” price.
• If the charge is made by the Service Provider, this is usually done in person at the start of the Travel Experience, but it may happen (for example) that the credit card is charged at the time of booking or check-out from the Structure. This depends on the advance payment conditions adopted by the Service Provider, communicated during the booking procedure.
2. If the Service Provider requires a prepayment, this may be received or pre-authorized at the time of booking and may be non-refundable. For this reason, before booking, check the Service Provider’s prepayment conditions (available during the booking process), which we cannot influence and for which we are not responsible.
3. If you are aware of or suspect unauthorized use of your Payment Method, please contact your Payment System Provider, who may cover any resulting charges, possibly withholding a deductible.
4. If the currency selected on the Platform does not match that of the Service Provider, we can:

• show prices in your currency
• offer you the Pay option in your currency.
The currency exchange rate will be displayed during check-out, in the booking details of your Account or (if you do not have an Account) in the e-mail we will send you. If we charge you extra costs related to these services, the extra costs will be expressed as a percentage of the European Central Bank rates. The institution that issued the credit card may charge a fee for the transaction in foreign currency.
5. Payment Method data will be stored for future transactions after obtaining your consent.
A8. Conditions
1. When making a Booking, you agree to the applicable conditions, displayed during the booking process. You will find the cancellation conditions of each Service Provider and any other conditions (relating to age requirements, security or security deposits, supplements for group bookings, rollaway beds, breakfast, pets, accepted cards, etc. ) on our Platform, in the information pages of the Service Providers, during the booking procedure, in the words and / or in the confirmation email or in the ticket (in applicable cases).
2. In the case of cancellation of the reservation or no-show, the extra cost of cancellation / no-show and any refund will depend on the respective conditions of the Service Provider.
3. Some bookings cannot be canceled for free, while others can only be canceled for free before a deadline.
4. If you book a Travel Experience by paying in advance (including all price components and / or a security deposit, where applicable), the Service Provider may cancel the booking without notice if it is unable to collect the balance at the specified date. In this case, any non-refundable payments you have made will only be refunded at its discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment is made on time (that your bank, debit or credit card details are correct and that there are sufficient funds in your account).
5. If you are concerned about not arriving on time, contact the Service Provider and let them know when you plan to arrive so that your booking is not canceled. In case of delay, we will not be responsible for the consequences (for example the cancellation of the reservation or any extra costs that the Service Provider may charge).
6. As the person making the Booking, you are responsible for the actions and behavior (in relation to the Travel Experience) of all members of the group. You are also responsible for obtaining their consent before providing us with their personal data.

A1. Definitions

1. Some of the words you will see have very specific meanings, so please consult the “terraverdelimited.co.uk Dictionary” at the end of these Terms.

A2. Information about these terms

1. By completing your Booking, you agree to these Terms and any other terms provided during the booking process.
2. If any element of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable:
• it will in any case be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law
• you will in any case be bound by all the other elements present in the Terms.
3. The structure of these Terms is as follows:

• Sections B-F: specific terms, for only one type of Travel Experience:

4. The English language version of these Terms is the original one. In the event of a dispute of the Terms, or of a mismatch between the Terms in English and in another language, the Terms in English will apply. You can change the language at the top of this page.

A3. About terraverdelimited.co.uk
1. When you book accommodation, a flight or an attraction, terraverdelimited.co.uk B.V. provides and is responsible for the Platform, but not for the Travel Experience itself (see point A4.4 below).
2. When you book a rental car or private or public transport, Booking.com Transport Limited provides and is responsible for the Platform, but not for the Travel Experience itself (see point A4.4 below).
3. We work with companies that provide support services locally (such as customer support or account management). Such companies:
• do not control or manage our Platform
• do not have their own Platform
• do not have any contractual or legal relationships with you
• do not provide Travel Experiences
• do not represent us, enter into contracts or accept legal documents in our name
• do not act as our “processing or service agents”

A4. Our Platform
1. We use caution in providing our Platform, but cannot guarantee that all content is accurate (we receive information from Service Providers). To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held responsible for errors, interruptions or missing pieces of information, although we do everything to correct them as soon as possible.
2. Our Platform does not constitute a suggestion or support for products, services, facilities, vehicles, etc. of the Service Provider.
3. We are excluded from the terms between you and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the Travel Experience.
4. To make a Reservation, you may need to create an Account. Check that all information about you (including contact and payment details) is correct and up-to-date. Otherwise, you may not have access to the Travel Experience. You are responsible for all operations performed with your Account, so do not let others use it and keep your username and password secret.
5. We will show you the offers available to you, in the language we believe is most suitable for you. You can change the language whenever you want.
6. Unless otherwise stated, you must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.

A5. Our values
1. You will need to:
• respect our values
• comply with all applicable laws
• collaborate in the anti-fraud / anti-money laundering checks we need to conduct
• refrain from using the Platform to cause inconvenience or make false Bookings
• use the Travel Experience and / or the Platform for the purpose for which they are intended
• avoid causing inconvenience or damage and engaging in inappropriate behavior with the Service Provider’s staff (or anyone else).

1. This section contains the specific terms of the products and services of the Facilities (accommodations).

B2. Contractual relationship
1. When you make a Booking, it is done directly with the Service Provider. We do not constitute a “contractual party” in your Booking.
2. terraverdelimited.co.uk owns and operates the Platform.
3. Our Platform only shows Properties that have a business relationship with us, and does not necessarily show all of their products or services.
4. The information on the Service Providers (for example services / amenities, structure rules and sustainability measures) and the related Travel Experiences (for example prices, availability and cancellation conditions) are based on what is communicated to us. Such Service Providers are required to ensure that the information is accurate and up-to-date.
